This crucial stage involves examining the rug to identify any specific issues such as stains, spots, wear and tear, or areas that require special attention.

This next step is for removing loose dirt, dust and debris embedded in the fibers.

After the initial dusting, the first rinse involves using clean water to remove the loosened dirt and debris from the rug fibers.

The commercial machine is specially designed to handle delicate materials while providing a thorough clean, ensuring that the rug's texture and colors are preserved. Using a combination of scrubbing, water, and appropriate cleaning solutions, the machine works to dislodge embedded grime without causing damage.

During this step, clean water is dispensed out of our commercial machine and is used to rinse out all traces of cleaning solution that were applied in the earlier stage.

We dry and position the area rug onsite to properly dry and ensure it does not incur any damage during the drying process. Not all rugs dry the same and It is crucial to ensure that it dries efficiently to prevent mold and mildew growth. 

The final inspection is to ensure the rug is returned in pristine condition. During this step, the rug is examined for any remaining spots, stains, or areas that may require additional attention.
